So many things to do in Las Vegas, so little time. If the hotel bar is on your list of places to visit while in Las Vegas, be sure to check out Kilawat at the Platinum Hotel and Spa, and request the Pomegranate Martini:

• 1 oz Gruet Sparkling Wine
• 1 oz Limoncello
• 1 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
• 2 oz unsweetened Iced Tea
• sugar packet
• muddled orange slices
• mint

Mix all ingredients together; serve in martini glass. Makes one serving.
