pomegranate margarita

Sometimes you just crave a margarita, even though you’re at a place that specializes in martinis. I tried their martinis at Amici’s and they were indeed great. I was still craving a margarita though. Oddly enough, the bartender wasn’t 100% confident of what to put in a margarita, so she made me a play on their popular pomegranate martini, switching out the vodka for tequila. It worked.
This version of a pomegranate margarita was tasty:
- 3 parts Tequila
- 2 parts Triple Sec
- 1 part Pama Liqueur
- Dash pineapple juice
- splash of lime juice
- Garnish with lime
