A champagne and candy cocktail, the Pop Rock Passion is the creation of Scot Parish, bartender at Two Boots Brooklyn. Perfect as a celebratory cocktail, girl’s night in punch, or Valentine’s Day drink.

    Champagne Flute

  • Pink (watermelon/strawberry) Pop Rocks
  • Svedka Vodka
  • Red Hook Raspberry Soda
  • Pink Lemonade

Run lemon wedge around rim of glass.?Drop Pop Rocks around rim. Mix 1 park vodka with two parts pink lemonade and top with drop of?raspberry soda.
