Gibson and Mule Cocktails by Belvedere Vodka

Belvedere is reintroducing Belvedere Silver for the 2010 Holiday Season. Belvedere Silver is a super premium vodka packaged in a chic, limited edition Silver bottle, reflecting the spirit of the season — an ideal holiday party accessory.

If you’re a vodka fan, try these variations of classic cocktails like the Gibson and Mule, using Belvedere Silver.

Belve Mule

  • 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • Dash of Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Fever-tree Ginger Beer

Shake first four ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.   Top with Fever-Tree ginger  beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.

  • 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
  • Dash of Dry Vermouth

Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full of cubed ice. Coat ice with vermouth. Add Belvedere and gently stir until the shaker begins to frost. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a silver skin onion.
