From the latest issue of Cosmopolitan comes these five delicious recipes for Sparkling Winter Cocktails:
Dancing With The Devil
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Chambord
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Splash of Ginger Beer
- Crystallized Ginger or Lime Wedge
Pour Tequila, Chambord, and lime juice into a glass. Add ice and sti r together. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with crystallized ginger on a spike or lime wedge.

Prosecco Mojito
- 6 Mint Leaves

- A few lime wedges
- 1 1/2 oz. Stoli Raspberry Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Limon
- Splash of Simple Syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar)
- 1 oz. Champagne
In a glass, muddle mint leaves, then add ice, juice of one lime wedge, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir and enjoy.

Sparkling Screwdriver
- 11/2 oz. Stoli Vodka
- A Few Orange Slices
- Splash of Perrier
Fill a glass with ice, add orange slices, and pour in Vodka. Top with a splash of Perrier.

The Bramble
- 2 oz. Absolut Los Angeles
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 Spoonful Blackberry Jam
- Splash of Sparkling Wine
Add all ingredients except wine to a shaker; shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain mixture over ice in a rocks glass. Top with Sparkling Wine.

The Poinsettia
- 4 oz. Champagne
- 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- Splash of Cranberry Juice
- 3 Dried Cranberries
Pour the Grand Marnier into the bottom of a tall flute. Then pop the cork on the champagne and fill the glass. Before serving, top off with a splash of cranberry juice and drop a few dried cranberries in the glass as a garnish.
