Tulio Ristorante in Seattle, Washington has one of the most exciting cocktail menus I’ve ever seen – food cocktails, dessert cocktails, and these “Love Potion” cocktails that just so happen to be perfect for Valentine’s Day. Tulio features Italian cuisine at their restaurant, but their cocktail menu is out of this world!
