So if you’ve read any posts from this blog, you know that my favorite type of cocktail is a martini and that the best place to enjoy a martini is in a Hotel Bar. So…these martini cocktails, courtesy of Inc Lounge at The TIme Hotel in New York, are my favorite cocktail recipe right now. The Sake Martini is certainly on my top 10 list (I made it last night and wow…I even muddled the cucumber, with my Mojito Muddler, and it tasted awesome.)

- With Muddled Cucumber & a Splash of Peach Liqueur
Lychee Martini
Belvedere Vodka & Lychee Liqueur,
With Splash of Fresh Lychee Juice
