According to The Cheesecake Factory, today is National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day (October 21st, 2009). I don’t have a current Pumpkin Cheesecake Martini recipe, so the next best thing is this Pumpkin Martini recipe from Absolut:

Pumpkin Martini – via Absolut

2 Parts ABSOLUT Vanilia

Happy National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day
1 Part Milk
1 Dash Sugar, Superfine
1 Dash Pumpkin Smash
1 Dash Cinnamon Syrup

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Hmm. Sounds really good. I have not tasted this Pumpkin cheesecake Martini nor from Absolut. You have a lot of really good recipes from your site. I'm actually making a drinks recipe scrapbook for a special friend. I thank you so much for sharing the recipes with me. =)
