We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – there’s just something sexy about grabbing a girly drink cocktail at a Hotel. That’s why we’re excited to feature the Melon Swizzle, a girly drink cocktail available at the Sazerac Restaurant at the Hotel Monaco in Seattle.
Created by Jeshua Madden, this girly drink concoction features Melon liquer, peach bitters, and watermelon cubes. Sounds good, right?
Melon Swizzle Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mt. Gay Rum (or Bacardi Grand Melon)
- 1/2 oz. Falernum
- 2-4 dashes peach bitters
- muddled watermelon cubes
Melon Swizzle Recipe:
Muddle watermelon cubes in a shaker, add ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with watermelon cubes speared or a wedge of freshly cut watermelon.
