We’ve featured Cachaca on Girly Drinks before – in our caipirinha recipe. Before testing out a Caipirinha, however, we had never even heard of Cachaca. Much to our excitement, however, we now have even more reasons to test it out and make it a regular feature in our kitchen!

The staff at Girly Drinks want to be the first to introduce you to Sagatiba, the first premium Cachaca to be distributed worldwide, as well as in its native Brazil. Since the company’s 2004 launch in London and Sao Paulo, Sagatiba has revolutionized the way people think about Cachaca, fusing the diverse cultural landscapes of Brazil and distilling them into one captivating experience.

With mojitos and Caipirinha’s inching their way up in popularity, The Tropicalia, a blend of pure Cachaca shaken with orange, pineapple, papaya and fresh lime juices, served up in a martini glass, is sure to become a go-to girly drink. Check out the Sagatiba website as well – they feature drink recipes, food pairings, and a lesson on mixology 101. Seriously, check out their site – they have a drink recipe called the Bikini Martini. Now that’s a girly drink cocktail!
