Nutty Irishman

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and while most people will cozy up with a Guinness or whiskey drink – perhaps even a green colored cocktail – I’m proposing the Nutty Irishman.

Made with equal parts Bailey’s, Frangelico, and Cream, the Nutty Irishman is a creamy cocktail that can be both a shot or a nice sipping drink. If you’re a fan of hazelnut, you’ll love the Nutty Irishman.

Nutty Irishman: Frangelico, baileys, cream

The Nutty Irishman:

• 1 oz Bailey’s
• 1 oz Frangelico
• 1 oz cream

Mix ingredients together and serve over ice.

I’ve also substituted milk for heavy cream when I only had that on hand, and while the drink isn’t as thick then, it tastes just as great.
