I had an amazing opportunity to spend a relaxing 8 days in beautiful St. Lucia earlier this month. Sun, water, and tiki bars everywhere — I’m sad to be back, but glad to have spent some time exploring the island.
We stayed in one of the Sandals Resorts, Sandals Grande. A beautiful all-inclusive resort that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to visit St. Lucia.
More importantly for this site, though, the cocktails. Lots of frozen concoctions available at the tiki bar, swim up pool bar, and any of the variety of bars at the resort.
I stopped taking pictures after a few drinks, but here’s what I caught below:

- Cool Runnings: coconut rum, orange, pineapple & lime juice
- Soufriere Sunset: gin, cranberry & lime juice topped with sprite
